We are able to provide great value in websites by using open source code that does not pay licensing fees to proprietary companies, like Microsoft.  While we can and do sometimes host websites on Microsoft or other proprietary platforms, we do not recommend it.  Further, we done hundreds of websites.  We reuse what works well and build on what we have.  This keeps us from re-inventing the wheel and having you pay for our re-invention.  Most businesses have to budget everything.  Having a fixed, monthly cost lets you get onto the web quickly and completely.  Further, successful websites change.  If you have to budget for unknown changes or let the website become static, that doesn't make good business sense.  We provide you with a maintenance page on which you can make all the changes you need to make without any additional charges.  Run a marina and need to change fuel prices every other day?  Not a problem.  Want to have specials in your restaurant?  Again, easily done.  Your success is our success.

We think that businesses want to take advantage of Internet's power, but are too often put off by high prices or surly service.  We try to make it easy to get onto the Internet with a professional, functional website.  This basic website can be added to, without a huge expense.  As your business matures, you can add special graphics or animated features that cost more.

Putting up a website is only part of the job.  Helping people find the websites is also a critical piece of what we do.  The fancy term for this is "Search Engine Optimization."  What it means to you is that qualified buyers can find your website and the spammers can't get to you.  We are very successful in doing this and the service is included in our basic price.

We are absolutely focused on great customer service.  We do not outsource anything off-shore.  Our customer service staff are all English as a first language speakers.  Some people suggest that Patsy has a pronounced southern accent, but these rumors cannot be proven in her native Tennessee.  We've heard of some website developers who "finally wore down" the customer.  We think this is terrible.  With us, it either works for you or you don't pay.  Seems pretty simple to us. 

Our customers love our process.  Usually a one hour phone call gets your website up and working.  Together, we tweak it until it's ready for prime time.  The entire process usually takes less than a week elapsed time, then we submit it to the search engines.  It takes a couple of weeks before your website begins to show up the first few pages of a search response.

Finally, we cannot be everything to everyone.  We cannot host or provide pornographic websites.  We do not provide websites for any illegal or unethical purpose.  You may not spam from our websites.  Any website we host that breaks our simple rules lose their website and email.
